He begins processing the order, so I stop the sarcasm while he grabs the DVD player from under a pile of other equipment and hefts it onto a TV cart that stands taller than I do and boasts a TV that is larger than I am. I manhandle the system into class, hook up the leads and discover that the DVD player is missing the remote so will only play the first episode on the DVD (not the one we want).“
