„I recently went into the local Best Buy because I saw in the ad that Teletubbies videos were on sale for $8.99, and my daughter loves them. So I go to the video section, and find numerous signs displaying the sale price, $8.99. I also needed a caller ID box, so went over to the phones, and could not find a salesperson. I walked over to the camera section and asked for help, I was given the standard response, "That's not my department!" Why can I never seem to find whoever's department it is? I gave up after searching for the phone person unsuccessfully, and since the camera person didn't offer to find someone for me I went to the front to pay. Of course the video rings up full price, and I tell the cashier about the sale. She says that I need to pay for the video at full price, and then go to the customer service desk, and they will go to the video dept and check to see if I am lying. So I pay, and walk to the "customer service" desk. After waiting in line for half an hour, I finally get to the front and they send someone to go check the price, then they have to make a photocopy of the sale tag (??) and have me fill out a long, complicated form.
