So, when we finally got my home entertainment center (read as "flat pieces of untreated wood nailed together and heretofore known as the HEC) into my room and the time came to hook my tv, modulator, vcr, dvd player, and nin64 together, he didn't even let me touch my own damn toys. Never mind that I'd successfully put my computer together, including my new scanner, two days before. Never mind that I'd also been able to set the whole thing up without any assistance when I moved into my apartment in WV.“
