„I'm surprised by what seems a backwards approach to developing "interactive fiction" - DVD technology for gameplay does not measure up to the possibilities afforded by a gaming system or a computer. While DVD players might serve well enough for a game like Dragon's Lair and other Laser Disk-style games (in other words, 1980's "one-button" games), the richness of RPGs like Neverwinter Nights will certainly overshadow such a hybrid. After all, who likes to play a game with a remote control?“

„Prior to Title IX, colleges almost exclusively funded men's programs for everything from football and basketball (which for the most part support themselves and even create a revenue stream for the college) to wrestling, crew, track & field, etc. Women didn't have much opportunity to participate at the colliegate level in ANY sport. Title IX is intended to compel the colleges to OFFER that opportunity to the women, not create demand for something there's clearly not a demand for.“http://www.greeblie.com/jimspot/archive/ 2003_01.html#008909 - Cached - Similar Pages

„You'd rather be beautifying your nails or buying a new pair of shoes (yes, ssgf , I told you I'd link to your blog somehow ) instead of downloading a new browser. Those are the type of people who use Internet Explorer (yes, this is a GROSS oversimplification, but bear with me). They may know something better is available but IE is good enough for them.“http://wits2020.net/archives/2003_07.html - Cached - Similar Pages
„Criminals, many of them released by Saddam Hussein under an amnesty in 2002, realised that the police force had collapsed. He said: "Before the war, kidnapping made up only about 1 per cent of serious crime, but now it is 70 per cent." Even criminals themselves are not safe. Col Ali said he had arrested a man the previous day who confessed to having kidnapped another criminal who had looted a bank during the fall of Baghdad in April.“http://www.speedkill.org/archives/ 2004_01.html#000474 - Cached - Similar Pages

„Also this weekend, two of my favorite movies were playing on cable: Braveheart (which was edged out by Broadcast News for Best Movie starting with a "B") and Good Will Hunting (which won for Best Movie starting with a "G"). For me, great movies often become great because of memorable scenes. They are the scenes you tell people about, the scenes you wait for every time you re-watch the movie.“http://www.upforanything.net/.../ cat_from_the_entertainment_desk.html#000574 - Cached - Similar Pages

„The superb graphics and sound, combined with a truly intriguing story and absolutely absorbing gameplay, make Schizm a real winner. LK Avalon clearly learned a great deal from the mixed reactions to Reah and applied, in an intelligent way, every bit of accumulated wisdom in this new release. Science fiction and fantasy elements are magnificently blended to create a refreshingly new and satisfying play experience that earns the Adrenaline Vault's Seal of Excellence."“http://users.rcn.com/sharvey.enteract/obsidian/wwwboard/messages/ 616.html - Cached - Similar Pages
